    Rob Low
    DDS
    Doctor

Dr. Low was raised as the oldest of five children in Pomona. He graduated from UCLA in 1980 with a degree in Biochemistry and completed his DDS at USC in 1984.

After graduation, he practiced in Westwood next to the UCLA campus for 12 years. There, he was a member of the Ethics Committee for the Dental Society and volunteered weekly at a home for wayward children. In 1998 he moved down to San Diego and joined La Mesa Dental.

In 2013 and 2014 Dr. Low was voted “Best Neighborhood Dentist” by the readers of the “La Mesa Courier” newspaper. He has also been chosen by his peers as a San Diego “Top Dentist” every year since 2012.

Dr. Low is married to Nancy and has three children, Blakely, Marisa, and Nick. His hobbies include playing the piano, volleyball, tennis, and gardening, but not, as some might think, stand-up comedy.

  • Dr. Daniel Stuardo DMD

Dr. Stuardo is a San Diego native who was raised as the eldest of three children in the suburbs of Bonita and Eastlake. He achieved an undergraduate degree in Biology at UC San Diego, where he had the opportunity to study abroad for a semester at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. During his education at UCSD, he was an active volunteer at both UCSD FiSH and the UCSD pre-dental society, where he helped treat patients in student-run clinics and humanitarian trips.

He went on to complete his DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. During his last year of dental school, he did four month-long clinical rotations at community health centers in Billings (MT), Ellsworth (ME), Mankato (MN), and Waco (TX) where he treated underserved populations.

His father is Chilean, and his parents decided to move the whole family to Chile for three years where Dr. Stuardo attended 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade before moving back to San Diego. Living in Chile during his formative years, he became fluent in Spanish. Aside from traveling, he spends his free time watching movies, reading Sci-Fi and Fantasy books, playing computer games and board games, bike riding, hiking, beach activities, and going to theme parks and renaissance festivals.

You can expect to always receive compassionate, gentle, caring and quality treatment from Dr. Stuardo, and his philosophy is to always treat his patients as family and give you a painless experience.

  • Dr. Abigail Jumoc

Dr. Abigail Jumoc (known as “Dr. Abigail”) was born and raised in Southeast San Diego. Growing up, she was immersed in dentistry at a young age. Working as a dental assistant at her family’s dental office, she moved up to receptionist then office manager shortly after graduating from the University of San Diego.

She decided to move to the Philippines, where her parents originally immigrated from, to go to dental school. At Centro Escolar University, Dr. Abigail earned her Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree and scored in the Top 10 of the country-wide board exam, earning national distinction. She moved back stateside and completed an International Dental Program at the Indiana University School of Dentistry. While serving as class president, she was placed on the Dean’s List, and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Abigail and her partner, Tony, decided to move back to San Diego to practice and be closer to family.

Dr. Abigail’s practice philosophy is to treat her patients as if they are family, while occasionally inserting jokes/puns to help distract. She strives to create a stress-free environment and welcomes open communication. When not in the office, Dr. Abigail loves exploring the beauty of San Diego with her partner, and their two beagles, Winnie and Izzy.
